Hey, Am XAAM ; Welcome to my Blog. Tell us How to increase height after 18? It is said, after 18 or max.after 20, height doesn't increase which somehow is TRUE BUT it is not impossible. If you work hard and keep on trying, there is a possibility to increase your height till 25 or 30 or even till 35. BUT the main point is hard work & Determination. So, In today's video, I'll share with you all some methods which could help u to gain some inches in your height. But before that subscribe to my channel & hit on the bell icon to be notified for all future videos. Before discussing methods to increase height, let's first discuss factors impacting your height. 1st factor is YOUR GENES It is said, taller parents have tall children and short parent's children's height is also short BUT it is not completely true as u all must have seen some tall parents having short-heightened kids while some short height parents have tall kids. So, I agree 90% of your height depends on your genetics, but 10 % could be other factors as well. Out of which one factor in UR NUTRITION. U must have heard your parents asking u to drink milk to be tall and strong  when u were toddlers, which is true. If u think I'll gain height by eating processed, fried or junk food, the bad news is this is not true at all. If you want to be tall,  

 

Then You should be including following items in your food: fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, poultry items, as well dairy products as all thee items play an important role in increasing your height. Another factor impacting your height is your BODY POSTURE You must have noticed when u walk with your shoulders slouching,you automatically will look short. while if u walk straight, I'd look tall & Amp; in good shape. Another body posture important to look tall is your "SITTING POSTURE" If you sit in a drooping way like half of u are on the chair and half out of the chair, it put an extremely negative impact on your height as height all depends on your vertebral column and when your vertebral column would be straight or elongated, your height would also be affected greatly. So, always stand tall and firm and if u r seated, u should sit straight with a straight back. Now, I'll tell  4 exercises for all those who are trying to add some inches in their height. You'll be doing these exercises daily, without any gap. Even if u don't feel like doing it, still drag yourself into doing the exercise.

Now u may ask, "should I do all 4 exercises or any of these is enough?" 

The answer is " YOU MAY" do any one of these as per your ease.

 

Next Que: "Should I do it in morning or evening time?" 

Ans. is: there isn't any fixed time for it so, whenever u get time, you can do it.  

 

Que: Who can Do it? Males or Females 

Ans: Males and females both can do these exercises. 

 

Que: When we will see its results?  

My Ans. is at least start doing it.Without doing anything, how can you be sure about its results? Anyway, if u try these exercises continuously without any gap, within 3-6months, you'd start seeing results. Again am repeating, do your exercise daily without any break. Again, you may do anyone out of 4 exercises as per your ease and environment, and if you want u may do all 4 of these exercises for best results. The first exercise is Hanging exercise which includes PULL-UPS. U must have seen parents asking their children to do hanging exercises to get tall, which,in fact, is true. Because when you do pull-ups, because of gravity, ground pulls u toward it. So, when you do some hanging exercise, u must have noticed some pressure in you towards the ground. And this force of gravity is what, your vertebral column have a direct and positive impact on and it'd get elongated A point to remember is when you do your pull-ups, your palms should hold the rods, facing outward, like how am showing in the video. And yes, though it looks easy practically, its extremely difficult to perform proper pull-ups. So, don't be disheartened initially and keep on practicing. Initially, u may hang for like 5-10secs and gradually increase your time to 5-10reps of 10secs.

 Also, u may increase the time from 10secs to 20secs or 30secs But try to increase the total duration of performing this exercise to at least 10-15minutes. 2nd highly effected exercise is skipping rope/jump rope. For jump rope, u need little space in our room or veranda or anywhere and a skipping rope and that is all u need. While skipping, always remember to skip on your toes instead of the full foot. Skipping on toes would help to activate those "pressure points" which would have tremendous impact on your height Start with minimum 5minutes or 10minutes and increase the duration to at least 15 mins daily. Whichever exercises, I am telling you, you may start performing those with like 2 minutes, 3 minutes but gradually increase these to at least 10-15minutes. 

Initially, these could be difficult but within 1-2weeks, as your stamina would increase, you'd be able to perform these exercises easily for 10-15mins.

Next Exercise: LIFTING UR YOUR TOES. As I told u before, our toes have some "pressure points" which helps to increase the blood circulation in our body hence putting a positive impact on our height. In lifting your toes exercise, you'll simply lift your toes n count 1, 2, 3.............and go Down again lift for 1, 2, 3.............then go Down again lift for 1, 2, 3.............then go Down Try to do this for 30times, 3 sets like do it 30times first thing in the morning, then 30 times during our lunchtime, and 30times at evening time or when u r on phone. as most of us spend lots of time on the phone :) the Last exercise is a Yoga Asanan which is called TADASANA "Tadasana" is similar to "lifting your toes" exercise.  

In Tadasana, close ur palms and push outward, then take ur closed hands above your head, and then lift your toes and try to walk in baby steps. Do not walk fast. Don't be in rush. I have seen so many research and videos related to the benefits of Tadasana on height gain. So, these are 4 exercises which are very easy yet very effective to increase your height. You may do all 4 of these or you may choose any 1 out of these 4 according to the available space at your place. And u have to do these exercises continuously without break. Initially, these can be done for 2-3minutes and within a week you'd be able to increase the duration to 10-15mins. Out of these exercises, lifting your toes is the easiest and can be performed 10-15mins easily in no time. And be very dedicated toward your goals.

:) Talking about food, consume dairy items. Drink milk daily as it is full of calcium which is extremely important for the strength of our bones. Also, take multivitamin supplements especially Vitamin. A, B1, B2, C, and D. These 5 vitamins have an extremely positive role in increasing your height. Lastly, overweight people usually look short so try to lose weight as losing weight will make u look tall. And quick fix of this issue is females can wear heels and males can place thick soles of about 2-3inches inside their shoes. So, that is all about today. Hope u like the video.
